Filton report:
This was definitely a game of two halves with filton keen to make up for their slow start in their previous game applying most of the pressure in the first half having most of the attacking play but unfortunately squandered their chances in front of goal !
Filton were awarded a penalty but alas their search for a reliable spot kick taker goals on with a soft effort comfortably saved by the pill keeper .
In the second half pill applied the pressure and were awarded a very soft penalty and despite filton pleading with the ref to refer the decision to stockley Park he admitted he couldn’t as he’d left his head set at home.
Pill dispatched their penalty into the top corner leaving the keeper no chance , pill quickly added a second and had it not been for some athletic saves from the filton keeper they could of run away with the game .
Sam Jones filtons ever dependable full back had enough of his forwards wastfulness in front of goal and unleashed a 30 yard bullet into the top corner of pill utds goal .
Despite some more heroic goalkeeping from filtons keeper pill managed to rack up another 2 goals to leave with the spoils 4-1
